Physical Description: May is a fairly slender girl with large blue-green eyes and brown-auburn hair she occasionally dyes with non-permanent hair coloring. May is leanly muscled, making her appear a little more fragile when not in skin tight clothing. She prefers a hipster-style, much to the annoyance of some friends, though May has a strong love for mainstream things. Her former spider girl outfit is black and red with sneakers.

Abilities: May possess a mild superhuman strength but has extraordinary abilities in speed and agility, she's faster healing and much more agile than her processor. May can adhere to almost any surface through a bio-magnetic field. She's also inherited the 'spider-sense' clairvoyance which is more powerful and reliable than her father's, letting her know where the danger is at and what level. She often can recognize familiar dangers as well.
Unlike her father, May has biological spinnerets that can last to a few hours or a few days, depending on May's focus and use of threading.
Weaknesses and Flaws: May's weaknesses are largely her sense of self and following through her family's identity. She's not nearly as intelligent as her father and her younger brother and is more impulsive, perhaps traits she gets from the Watson side of things. Her biggest weakness is her sense of compassion and need to take care of others that has been routinely manipulated by villains who know of her.
Personality: May doesn't quite have a dual identity, she's equally snarky as Spider-Girl or as May Parker. In her early to mid teens, May was remarkably dependable with her career, her friendships, and her school but after graduation she's become something more of a drifter. She has a big heart and it's easy to manipulate it. However, she is determined, fearless of herself, and courageous.
Backstory: A few years after May Parker was born, Peter Parker finally gave up the costume to protect his wife and daughter. While Mary Jane became a well known actress on Off Broadway, Peter became a science teacher, and began a stable life for their children. Like most children her era, May grew up on the stories of the Avengers, X-Men, and Spider-Man mingled with the stories of her late Grand-Uncle. Of course, she didn't realize how well connected she was to these people of legend. She barely realized the people from her early childhood were these same legends.
When she was eight, May was told of her father's legacy as Spider-man. She kept her promise never to tell, though her artwork and stories had a heavy Spider-Man slant to them until she became 11. Not long after, her younger brother Ben was born and May leap into her role as a big sister. She saw to it that he was always entertained and happy, until he needed to get his diaper changed, of course. Life was pretty normal until she was 15.
She was a relatively late bloomer and what began as an increase in athletics leading her to join Midtown's basketball team until she woke up near the end of the school year covered in webbing. It wasn't long after that she took up her father's former career after leaving her basketball team. She had no painful cause, but followed her family's credo to it's logical conclusions until her brother was kidnapped by Norman Osborn. May began to attempt to retire early and go to Harvard, but sometimes the calling is much stronger than a moment of weakness.
